cancellation policies
To avoid any cancellation fees, all appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours or less will result in a fee totaling 50% of the booked service price.
All appointments unconfirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to cancellation.
All no-call–no-show appointments will result in a fee of 100% of the service booked fee and require a deposit before any future bookings can be made.
Three no-call–no-show appointments will result in the guest being ineligible to return for future services.
Members will be charged a $25 fee for no-call–no-show appointments, and same-day cancellations.
late arrival policies
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, if you are a new client, please arrive early to fill out any consultation or medical forms.
All late arrivals past 15 minutes are subject to rescheduling and a rescheduling fee of 50%. If your stylist is available at the time to accommodate, a late fee of 20% of the service booked will be added to the appointment.
All stylists have the right to refuse service.
appointment Policies
Please arrive with no makeup and/or clean lashes to your appointment.
Please refrain from caffeinated beverages prior to your appointment, this helps your eyes to avoid those caffeine jitters and relax for the best appointment experience possible.
Service can be refused if lash health is compromised or not suitable for service.
foreign fill ins
Fills over other salons' work, also known as foreign fill, require a consultation to assess the quality of current lashes and natural lash health before an appointment can be made.
At your consultation, your stylist will then determine if you are eligible for foreign fill or if you require a removal and a full set. This is to maintian the integrity of your natural lashes a priority.
re-do policies
Our salon guarantees its work. When a client is unsatisfied with a service, we will correct the problem. The client has 48 hours to contact us for a corrective service.
