There's a 3-month minimum when you first enroll — just enough time to settle into your routine and really feel the difference. After your first three months, everything goes month-to-month. Simple as that.

There's a one-time enrollment fee of $49.99 when you sign up — you only ever pay it once. It covers getting your account set up and locking in your membership spot.

We keep it personal — cancellations and pauses are handled in person at Chaise with a quick signed form. We just ask for 14 days' notice before your next billing date. Come see us and we'll take care of everything!

Yes! You can pause for up to 2 consecutive months within the same calendar year. After your pause, your membership picks right back up. Just stop in with 14 days' notice before your billing date and we'll get you sorted.

We get it — life is unpredictable! If you need to leave before your 3-month minimum is complete, there's an early cancellation fee of $75. Once that's settled, you're free to go — and always welcome back.

Absolutely — and we love when this happens! You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, no waiting required. Just let our front desk know and we'll make it happen. Glow-ups are always encouraged around here.

Memberships are yours and yours alone — they're non-transferable and cannot be shared. Each membership is tied to one person's account. But hey, that's a great excuse to gift someone their own membership!

Services are specific to your tier's menu and cannot be substituted for services outside of it. If you're eyeing something in a higher tier, upgrading might be the move — and you can do that anytime!

Monthly services do not roll over — they expire at the end of your billing cycle. We always recommend booking before your month wraps up so you never miss out. Our front desk team is great at helping you find a time that works!
